This was recorded live at the first rehearsal for LOW BOW in about 9 months and covers most of the tunes we later performed at our 7'' Split Release show held on the 5th of Dec at Jiang Hu bar which was a great time support coming from MAMMALS & BIRDSTRIKING who were both brilliant. Richard made some very colourful comments in-between songs that may see light of day on their very own live album but for now, check out basement and dig the guilt!
